If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@skillsplaybooks.com with your account email
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion. We may offer partial refunds or credits depending on the circumstances. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period.
Free Tier
The free tier (3 runs per month) does not involve any payment and therefore does not qualify for refunds.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
